Introducing Tanya, our New Executive Chef
Pasture Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanya as Executive Chef. This milestone supports the Group’s vision for its next chapter, including the evolution of Pasture of Balmoral into a full-service restaurant and the continued refinement of both venues - Pasture of Balmoral and Pasture of Kirribilli.
Tanya brings a fresh culinary perspective shaped by her passion for Australian and Asian ingredients. Under her leadership, Pasture Group is expanding its identity from modern Australian dining towards a more expressive Australian–Asian fusion, reflected in the new menus now being developed.
